Products may be replaced within thirty days from the date of their receipt. Products may be 

replaced within thirty days in their natural state without opening them. As received, they may be 

replaced with sealed containers. They may not be replaced in the case of the following in accordance with Law No. 181 of 2018 on consumer protection:

1- The nature, characteristics, packaging or packaging of the good precludes its replacement or restitution, or it is impossible to return the commodity to the condition in which it was contracted.

2- The commodity is a rapidly perishable consumer good.

3- The commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer
